Studio J9 collaborated with the City of Appleton and SOM to revitalize the 1981 brutalist structure as a bright and welcoming community hub. Through strategic renovation and expansion, this longstanding library was successfully re-configured as a flexible, light-filled hub for learning, gathering, and exchange.
